Current DIY returns policy
Where permitted by applicable law, custom-made finished bracelets made to your confirmed beads, bead order and size are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
DIY kits and ordinary goods follow the shop's standard returns policy and applicable law. Selecting standard beads for a kit does not automatically make it a custom-made finished item.
For faults, wrong or missing items, a mismatch with the confirmed design, or non-fulfilment, contact the shop for assistance. Depending on the verified circumstances, remedies may include replacement parts, repair, exchange or refund.
You may contact the shop to request cancellation before making starts. Cancellation is subject to confirmation and applicable law.
Neither this policy nor your acknowledgement limits your statutory consumer rights. Merchant-approved refunds and compensation remain available.
